1. Money-Back Guarantee

Buff Busy Babe LLC offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first Pro or Enterprise subscription billing cycle. If you are not completely satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. This guarantee applies only to the first billing cycle of your first paid subscription.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must be within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge
  • Your account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service
  • You must not have received a refund previously for the same account

Free tier users are not eligible for refunds as the Service is provided at no cost.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancel through your Billing page at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
  • No partial refunds are given for unused days within a billing period
  • After cancellation, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription fees for billing cycles beyond the first (after the 14-day guarantee period)
  • Free tier usage (no fees were charged)
  • Any add-ons or one-time purchases
  • Partial month usage after the 14-day guarantee period
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly for any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. If you have a legitimate dispute, we will work with you to resolve it fairly.

7. Plan Downgrades

Downgrading from a paid plan to Free is handled as a cancellation. Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for downgrades. You may upgrade again at any time.

8. Trial Periods

Our 14-day free trial does not require payment information. If you choose to subscribe after the trial, your first payment begins the billing cycle covered by our money-back guarantee. If you cancel during the trial, no charges are incurred.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
